After viewing an AIPro or NISOD webcast, please use this form to submit a request for your professional development credit to be processed.

Please allow up to two weeks for your request to be reviewed and entered. If the credit does not appear in your PDC listing in SSAP after the allotted time, please contact the Faculty Center.
