Welcome to the Academic Success Center!
The Academic Success Center (ASC) offers all Seminole State students free tutoring in math, writing and the sciences, as well as an open computer lab.
For on-campus tutoring, study strategies, skill sessions, private and group study rooms and abundant computer workstations, visit the Academic Success Center on the Sanford/Lake Mary campus, the Altamonte Springs campus and the Lee Campus at Oviedo. Tutoring is also available online.

Mission & Vision of the Academic Success Center (ASC)
Our mission is to provide academic support to all currently enrolled Seminole State College students. The ACS supplements classroom instruction by:
- Providing real versus virtual tutoring in the sciences, mathematics, writing, accounting and Spanish.
- Enabling student access to digital resources including study guides, mock assessments, science models, computers for writing papers or completing online coursework in several disciplines.
