Welcome to the Academic Success Center!
The Academic Success Center (ASC) offers Seminole State students free tutoring on campus and online for a variety of subjects, including math, writing, biology, chemistry, accounting, and more. Each center has computer access for students as well as open student spaces.
Visit the Academic Success Center on the Sanford/Lake Mary campus, the Altamonte Springs campus, the Lee Campus at Oviedo, and online for tutoring, study skills support, and workshops.

Mission & Vision of the Academic Success Center (ASC)
Our mission is to provide academic support to all currently enrolled Seminole State College students. The ACS supplements classroom instruction by:
- Providing real versus virtual tutoring in the sciences, mathematics, writing, accounting and Spanish.
- Enabling student access to digital resources including study guides, mock assessments, science models, computers for writing papers or completing online coursework in several disciplines.
