Our Faculty-Led Study Abroad programs allow students to travel with faculty members while earning academic credit in an international setting. These programs offer a unique opportunity for students to engage in cultural immersion, gain global perspectives, and enhance their academic and personal growth. Faculty members play a crucial role in developing and leading these programs, ensuring students have enriching and academically rigorous experiences abroad.

- March 24 - Faculty-Led Study Abroad Proposal Form Opens
- April 2 – Faculty Information Session
- April 8 – Faculty Information Session
- May 2 - Faculty-Led Study Abroad Proposal Form Closes
- Week of June 16 - Faculty Leads Notified of Selection
- August 25 - BOT Meeting to Approve Study Abroad Trips
- August 26 - Faculty Notified of BOT Approval
- September 1- Student Application Opens
- October 1- Student Applications Close/Students are Accepted
- October 27- Trip Deposits Due for Spring Break Trips
- February - Spring Break Departure Meetings
- March 25- Trip Deposits Due for Summer Trips

Faculty-Led Study Abroad Proposal From
Faculty members interested in leading a study abroad program must submit a proposal form outlining their course, travel plans, and budget. The form ensures alignment with academic objectives and institutional priorities while assessing feasibility.
