A.S. Degree
The Administration Office Management A.S. Degree Program prepares students for employment in office management positions. Students learn the knowledge and skills that will enable them to plan, expedite and facilitate the production and maintenance of correspondence and records; assist and coordinate financial operations; and supervise office personnel in the technological environment.

Certificate Programs
- Accounting Applications
Designed for students who seek immediate employment in accounting and is also beneficial for those who are already employed and need to advance their skills. Traditional accounting skills are taught, as well as more modern techniques using accounting software. Students can be employed as payroll assistants, small office accounting assistants, accounts payable and receivable clerks, and full-charge bookkeepers. - Accounting Operations
Prepares students for entry-level positions in accounting and business or provides supplemental training for persons who are or were employed in this field. - Accounting Specialist
Prepares students for entry-level positions in accounting and business or provides supplemental training for persons who are or were employed in this field. - Office Management
Prepares students for employment in an automated/computerized or traditional office environment as a skilled secretary, carrying out duties in a support capacity. - Office Specialist
Prepares students for employment in an office environment. Students acquire the knowledge and skills needed to produce correspondence and perform accounting applications. - Office Support
Prepares students to obtain an entry-level position in an office environment.
A.A. Degrees
An Associate in Arts degree helps students seamlessly transition into a bachelor's degree program at one of Florida's four-year institutions.
Administrative Office Management students will complete the common prerequisite courses for an upper-division business major as part of their general Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree program. After graduating from Seminole State, they can continue their studies at a state college or university with junior standing.
