Graduation Requirements

  • Graduates are responsible for meeting all requirements for graduation and/or program completion as set forth in the College catalog prior to their credential - certificate, degree, or diploma - being conferred.
  • All grade changes (including incomplete and NG grades) must be received and processed before credential conferral takes place.
  • All transcripts with final grades for courses taken at other institutions, as a transfer or transient student, must be received and processed before credential conferral takes place.
  • All outstanding financial obligations to the College must be satisfied prior to certificates, degrees, or diplomas being released and mailed.
  • Graduates are responsible for verifying that their name and mailing address listed on their MySeminoleState account are accurate and up to date. The information listed in MySeminoleState will be used for credential printing, mailing, and commencement/graduation program. If necessary, request changes prior to applying for graduation by submitting a Student Records Information Change Form.
