Regalia orders and RSVPs due
Celebrating our Students
Faculty and staff are encouraged to celebrate the achievements of their students by participating in the fall Grad Walk and/or spring Commencement.
Regalia Orders and RSVPs
All faculty and staff interested in participating in Grad Walk, must complete the Faculty/Staff Registration & Order Form. Faculty and staff who do not own regalia will be able to place an order for rental regalia via this form.
Faculty and staff who miss the deadline should contact Academic Affairs for late approval. Late RSVPs and regalia orders are not guaranteed and may be subject to late-fee charges by the bookstore.
Regalia Distribution
Faculty and staff who order rental regalia will be able to pick up their order Dec. 9-11 at the campus bookstore (Altamonte Springs and Sanford/Lake Mary locations only) they selected on the regalia order form. Visit the Seminole State Bookstore website for hours of operation. Please bring a picture ID with you.
Parking & Check In
All faculty and staff that have registered to attend should park in lot #16 on the Sanford/Lake Mary campus. Enter the building via the “Multi Purpose Room” doors facing the parking lot.
Returning Regalia
Seminole State Bookstore representatives will be available after graduation to receive regalia. Please allow additional time after the event ends to return your regalia.
