Withdraw Your Intent to Graduate

Students who wish to withdraw their Intent to Graduate must complete the following form.

Please note: Students who have requested to be enrolled in a future term under an additional program will be discontinued to remain active in their current program. Please schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor if you have questions about withdrawing your Intent to Graduate form.
