New Students (this is your first time taking classes at Seminole State):
To schedule an advising appointment, you must activate your Seminole State College account then complete the online Student Welcome. At the end of the Welcome, you will be prompted to schedule your appointment.
Virtual Walk-In Advising
Virtual Walk-in Advising is available! Drop into our Virtual Walk-In Advising sessions for help with registration, class selection, academic standing, financial aid, and much more from our experienced advising staff. No sign up required.
Virtual walk-ins are available Wednesdays 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Remote testing is available through ACCUPLACER with Examity to students who need to submit placement test scores.

Cashier Services is available on the Sanford/Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs and Oviedo Campus. Visit Student Accounting for more information. Please note, the College no longer accepts cash payments.

Visit the Enrollment Services and Registrar webpage for help with submitting official transcripts from your school to Seminole State electronically or by mail, sending official Seminole State transcripts to another school, enrollment/degree verification or information about transfer credits.
For help with: Repeating a course, third or fourth course attempt appeals and medical withdrawals, send all completed forms and supporting documents to studentrecords@seminolestate.edu.

Virtual Application Days
Prospective students are invited to register and attend one of the following Virtual Application Days below. Led by Admissions representatives, you will be guided through the process of completing a Seminole State online admission application. There is no application fee, making it a seamless process to apply.
To attend, please register for one of the following dates:
- Monday, February 13 at 5-6 p.m.
- Wednesday, February 22 at 4-5 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 14 at 5-6 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 29 at 4-5 p.m.
- Monday, April 3 at 5-6 p.m.
- Thursday, April 20 at 5-6 p.m.
