College wins five awards for communications and marketing campaigns

Seminole State College of Florida's Marketing and Communications Department has won five Medallion Awards in the 2018 National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District 2 competition.

The NCMPR Medallion Awards recognize outstanding achievement in design and communication at community and technical colleges in each of NCMPR's seven districts. The regional competition is exclusive to marketing and public relations professionals at two-year colleges.

A Gold Award in the Communication Success Story or Community Relations Campaign category for: "Eclipse 2017" viewing event.

 


A Silver Award in the Video Shorts category for “You are Welcome Here”

In District 2, Seminole State competed against colleges from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and The Bahamas..
