"I started the Construction program in 2015 and at the time was a Senior Superintendent or On-site Project Manager. Through the my experience gained in these positions, combined with educational strengths developed at Seminole State, I transitioned into a Project Manager and Estimator role."
Career Aspirations
"My Future goals in my career include, working towards acquiring my Masters in Construction, and with gaining knowledge and experience, to Chief Estimator role and eventually Director of Estimating for an organization one day."
Signature Projects
Epic Universe, Universal Orlando Resort
- "This is a multifaceted theme park project with a great number of unique and innovative design concepts.
- The projects include a large number of retail, food and beverage and ride and show elements.
- The project has a vast Area Development aspect which encourages the natural habitat feel with massive green areas integrated within the theme park environment.
- I have been involved in the project from Schematic Design through Construction document estimating and now involved in other area of the project supporting ownership in various project needs."
Orlando Pulse Memorial Project
- "Another project I was Senior Estimating Manager is the Orlando Pulse Memorial Project.
- This project is one very dear to the hearts of many Orlando natives seeing that it is being built I remembrance of one of the most tragic moments in the history of Orlando.
- The project involves three main feature a museum, a memorial and a survivors walk. The project is valued way over 100M and will be one of Orlando’s monumental sites to visit once complete."
New Brevard Aquarium, Cape Canaveral
- "Another major Central Florida project with which I am part of the team is the New Brevard Aquarium at Cape Canaveral: I was senior estimator of the cost consulting aspects of this project from concept and as it develops through the different variations of design.
- The project values over 100M and incorporates the natural habitat of the oceanic life of the southeast and Brevard region.
- Beautiful concept with aquarium features, food and beverage, educational and recreational areas."
