AdventHealth 3-story Medical Office Building, Lake Mary, Florida.

Description of project/metrics:

  • 57,000 square feet medical office building featuring MRI, CT, X-Ray, Dexa, Mammo & Ultrasound.
  • 14-month schedule
  • Austin Commercial acted as construction manager (General Contractor).
  • 17.9 million contract value
  • Cutting Edge Technology - Drone video captures, Openspace video captures, BIM coordination, AutoCAD and Laser scanning of each floor.

"I started as Project Engineer I and was promoted to Project Engineer II about 6 months into the project. Due to some staffing changes at the company, I was able to take over Project Manager responsibilities for the last 4 months of the project and ensured the project was completed on time and profitable to our company. Overall, the project was a major success and one of the most critical learning periods of my entire career."
