Student 1098-T Forms

1098-T forms are available by January 31 each year for the prior calendar year’s eligible activity.

Steps to obtain your Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 1098-T forms online:

• Disable the pop-up blocker in your browser.
• Log in to MySeminoleState.
• Click “Financial Account.”
• Select "View 1098-T."

Once you've done so, click the box saying you've read the consent agreement and click "Submit."

Please note: 1098-T payment activity follows the calendar year in which payment to the College is made. For example, if you paid Spring Term tuition in October, November or December of the prior calendar year, look for those payments on that prior calendar year’s 1098-T form.
