Shared Governance Employee Feedback
A critical component of the Shared Governance definition and guiding principles is the open exchange of ideas. Throughout the implementation process the committee will obtain feedback from the college community. In addition, the employees are welcome to provide feedback or submit questions at any time.
Why do we ask for you to login? All employee feedback will be confidential. The login information is used to remove duplicate responses, to prevent robot responses, and to ensure feedback is representative to the employee population.
All feedback will be reviewed by the council on a monthly basis, and the feedback will be used to inform our decision making process. The council will produce a summary of the decision making process using employee feedback for all major decisions.
