Introducing Navigate 360

Academic Planner, Course Scheduling, and Registration

Academic Planner is a course planning and scheduling tool designed to help students complete their degrees in a timely way and to support staff in course selection advising. To learn more, visit the Academic Planner Feature Overview page.

After planning courses, students can open the Course Scheduling tool in the Academic Planner. Course Scheduling lets students set their preferences for when and where they can take classes. Then students select class sections based on those preferences and seat availability in the sections.  Learn more about the Course Scheduling and Registration tool.

The Standalone Scheduler provides additional options for students to use Navigate360 to directly schedule and register course sections for an upcoming term. The features are similar to those of Course Scheduling. Students can search for sections by class name (e.g., Human Biology), course code (e.g., BSC 1020), subject (e.g., BSC), or day of the week. This tool supports various student needs by providing a straightforward method to plan and schedule course sections.

Study Buddies

Study Buddies facilitates connections among students in the same classes who want to study together or form study groups outside of class.

Upon opening Study Buddies, students view a list of their currently enrolled classes. They can then choose to opt in for Study Buddies on a class-by-class basis and communicate with other students who have also opted in. Students have the flexibility to use Study Buddies throughout the term and can leave a group whenever they choose.

Student Support

Hand Raise allows students to seek support by "raising their hand" for issues they may encounter throughout the semester. Students can submit a Hand Raise for advising, tutoring, research assistance, and more. After submitting the Hand Raise, students will receive an email with additional resources and a follow-up from a staff member.

Resources are a directory that student use to learn about physical and digital resources critical to their success. Students learn and find more information about academic support, campus services, health, and wellness.
