ID Card Photo for Your Blue & Gold Account

You can have your photo taken in person at any of our locations or upload your photo remotely.  Please follow the directions below to obtain an ID Card Photo remotely.

Log into Blue & Gold Account

Step 1 - Log into Your Blue & Gold Account

You can log into your Blue & Gold Account to start the ID Card Photo process.  In order to start the photo processes, you must be an enrolled student and registered for classes or a current employee of Seminole State College of Florida.

Step 2 - Upload Your Photo and ID

After successfully logging in to your Blue & Gold Account, upload your photo. The following are requirements to  upload your photo:

  • You must be positioned in front of a solid background (Darker colors are preferred.).
  • Check your lighting ahead of time.
  • No hats, masks, ear buds, etc. are allowed.

Once you've uploaded your photo, upload a copy of your valid government ID such as a driver's license, state ID, military ID or passport.

Step 3 - Receive Your ID Card

Collegewide ID card services are offered per the ID Card Location and Hours Calendar.  After successfully submitting your photo, you can pick up your card on campus during these days and hours.
