Give to the University Club of Orlando Endowed Scholarship

For almost 20 years, Seminole State College has enjoyed a robust partnership with the University Club of Orlando, whose generosity provides 10 to 20 scholarships to Seminole State students each year. 

What originally started on the 10th floor of the historic Angebilt Hotel as a group of college graduates wanting to extend the camaraderie of fraternity life has evolved tremendously.

As the club grew along with the community, it became more of a meeting place for those who are now known as the founding leaders of Orlando’s growth since the club's inception. As part of that growth, in 1932 we founded the University Club Scholarship Program to place the next generation of leaders on a strong path. 

The University Club of Orlando Endowed Scholarship provides assistance to students who graduated from a Central Florida high school and display strong leadership skills, a commitment to community service, and progress toward a baccalaureate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2.

Success Stories

Shujie completed her associate's degree as a nursing pre-major graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is currently enrolled in Seminole State's concurrent RN to BSN program, which allows her to obtain her RN while simultaneously pursuing her BSN through a joint partnership with UCF.
