Give to the Saxena Future Caregivers Endowed Scholarship
After serving the Clermont community for many years as a successful cardiologist, Dr. Raj Saxena and his wife, Nisha, established the Saxena Future Caregivers Endowed Scholarship, to offer financial assistance to Seminole State students studying to become the next generation of caregivers for our community.
Dr. and Mrs. Saxena understand the valuable service caregivers provide to those in their time of need. Caregivers provide more than healthcare; they offer compassion and support.
Seminole State students pursuing a degree in any educational pathway associated with health sciences, including clinical science, nursing, physical therapy, respiratory care, and pharmacy are eligible to apply. Students must possess a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. There is a preference for students who are attending part-time (6 credit hours) or 3/4 time (9 credit hours); with a priority to those students demonstrating the greatest financial need.
