Barrel Bound: Tennessee Whiskey Experience Official Rules and Restrictions

1. Eligibility: Participants must be 21 years of age or older to purchase bottles and enter the drawing and have a valid social security number. Tickets are non-transferable.

2. Drawing Details:

   • The winner will be randomly selected at the Dream Gala 2025 at approximately 9:00 p.m. on February 22, 2025, at the Orlando Marriott – Lake Mary Conference Center.
   • Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.

3. Winner Responsibilities:

   • The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and any additional expenses not explicitly listed in the prize package.
   • Any expenses not included within the vouchers are the responsibility of the winner.
   • The trip must be booked during or prior to October 2025, subject to availability and scheduling coordination with Jack Daniel’s Distillery.
   • Commemorative bottles will be made available for pickup. It is up to the participants to arrange for receiving their commemorative bottle.

4. General Conditions:

   • Foundation staff members and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
   • All purchases are final. The price of entry does not qualify as a deductible/charitable contribution, according to IRS regulations. Check with a tax advisor for additional information.
   • By entering, participants agree to abide by the official rules and consent to the use of their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   • The winner is responsible for IRS income tax requirements, which must be paid prior to receiving the prize. There is no substitute shall the winner choose not to go on the trip. 

5. Limitations:

   • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter; suggested donation: 1 bottle for $125 or 2 bottles for $200. Should no donation be made, a custom bottle will not be included in the package.
   • The Foundation for Seminole State College reserves the right to limit the number of entries per person.
