eAdvising: Program Plan Change
If you plan on changing your program, it is best to do so before the start of early registration. If you wait until after you have registered for classes, your courses may have to be dropped, or the program plan change may not take effect until the next term.
Possible Financial Aid Implications
Changing your program can sometimes have adverse effects on your financial aid status. There are several reasons this may happen:
- Financial aid only covers a limited number of credit hours while you are in undergraduate status, so frequent or late program changes may result in exceeding your credit hours limit.
- Financial aid may only cover courses within your program.
- Some program plans are not eligible for financial aid.
If you have questions about financial aid, please speak to a student success specialist, or contact the Financial Aid Department at 407.708.2045.
