All services are currently available.

Due to a software update, PeopleSoft applications will not be available beginning at 3 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2025. The system will be restored by 6 a.m. Monday, March 24, 2025.

The update will affect: MySeminoleState, the Seminole State Application Portal (SSAP), TIM, College Catalog, Application for Employment, Application for Admission, Student Welcome, Payroll Web Clock, Navigate (EAB), SAE/SFP, OnBase, Parchment and any Seminole State web page that uses PeopleSoft data.

Most of the Seminole State website, Canvas, email (Outlook and Office 365) and SPOL WILL NOT be affected. The maintenance is being scheduled over Spring Break 2025 to limit its impact on students, faculty, and staff.
