Get to know your students
- Learn students names quickly
- Greet students (i.e., on-campus, in-class, between class...)
- Schedule 1-on-1 meetings with students as often as you can.
Develop an interest in your students
- Ask students questions about themselves, their interests, families, etc.
- Find ways to incorporate student interest in conversation and lessons.
