The Nursing Capstone is the final course of the RN-to-BSN program and should be taken in the graduation semester. This course builds on previous learning and provides the student with experiential learning activities to demonstrate mastery of BSN competencies. This course includes 30 hours of experiential learning activities. To enroll in this course, the student must have a current RN license in the state in which they are taking courses.
Prerequisites: NUR 3169, NUR 3634C, NUR 3825, NUR 4829 and NUR 4944, which must be successfully completed the semester prior to Capstone;
All core required and elective courses must be completed or enrolled in prior to enrollment in the Capstone. All prerequisites must be passed with a grade of "C" or higher.
