Copying and Printing Services
Employees order copying and printing services through use of the College's Task Integration Management (TIM) system. Outside organizations, visitors and students may order services by contacting the Sanford/Lake Mary Print Shop.
Copying Services
What | Produce black and white and full color copies from originals received electronically or in hard copy. |

When | Turn-around time for completion of requests is 24 hours and, in some instances, while-you-wait service is available. During peak times, such as the beginning of academic terms, jobs are processed in the order requests are received. Large projects and all color jobs are produced at Sanford/Lake Mary and delivered to the requesting campus by courier the next day. |
How | All requests that concern College business must be made through the College’s online TIM system. Prices are included in the TIM system, and orders requested by employees for their departments must be approved by the department budget approver. |
Printing Services
What | Produce single-color and multi-color documents, brochures, carbonless forms, College stationary, flyers, certificates, newsletters, applications, registration materials, note cards, envelopes, business cards, diplomas, etc. |

When | Turn-around time for completing requests depends on the size of the job and its requirements, but is normally 7-10 work days. Provide full-service bindery services, which includes folding, collating, booklet making, GBC book binding, as well as tape binding. |
How | All requests that concern College business must be made through the TIM system. Prices, including quotes for special requests and orders requested by employees for their departments, must be approved by the department budget approver. Students, employees needing printing services for personal non-work related use, and outside organizations should contact the Sanford/Lake Mary Printing Services for all requests. |
Envelopes
Envelopes for bulk mail (200 pieces or more) should have “Bulk Postage” printed on the envelopes to save processing time in the Mail Room. Check with the Mail Room for instructions on preparing items for mass mailing.
