WebSupport and Web Development
Service Request System
The Service Request System is used to request assistance from a variety of departments at the College.
Seminole State College's Computing and Telecommunication Services Department, in cooperation with Marketing and Communications, is responsible for the design, development, and hosting of College Web properties and applications. CTS WebSupport also provides Web server storage for faculty members who wish to host their class materials on the Internet.
The College operates multiple file servers that enable its workstations to share in Collegewide network resources, including files, printers and storage. The network provides security by ensuring that users can only access the resources that they have been granted privileges to.
