Serving Our Community

Seminole State Commits is an extension of Seminole State College’s service to our community.

Our goal as the workforce engine of our community is to give all residents access to higher education to obtain a credential or learn a skill and create generational, social and economic stability to change lives one student at a time.

Our community-focused, collaborative model offers short-term training courses in high-demand fields at local centers to relieve residents from concerns about transportation, tuition and fees, and technology.

We meet students where they are, partnering with adult learners to develop their interests and skills and increase their potential to create economic stability for themselves and their families, achieve their dreams, and take greater control of their lives.

Our intent is to partner with community residents to activate their full potential and help them GO State. GO Far.
